MyCleanHome was founded because the alternative — booking random freelancers through apps or marketplace platforms — was producing terrible results for Singapore homeowners. Different cleaner every session. No training standards. No accountability when something went wrong. No insurance if something broke.
We built MyCleanHome differently: a company where cleaners are employees, not gig workers. Where every person who walks into your home has been trained to our standards, background-checked, and assigned to your property consistently.

Trained employees, not random freelancers
Every cleaner goes through our in-house training programme before their first assignment. Cleaning methods, product use, scope standards, professional conduct. A marketplace gig worker has no such requirement.
Fully insured — you're covered if something breaks
We carry public liability insurance. If something is accidentally damaged during a clean, you're covered. An uninsured freelancer is a personal liability you take on yourself.
Same cleaner, consistent standard
For regular clients we assign the same cleaner to your property. They know your home, your preferences, your standards. No re-explaining every visit. No lottery on who turns up.
