All cleaning equipment and supplies are provided by our cleaner. You don't need to supply mops, vacuums, cleaning solutions or cloths unless you have a specific preference. The quoted rate is the full rate — no agency fee, no add-ons.

Many of our regular clients leave a spare key or smart lock access for their cleaner. If you prefer to be home, that's equally fine — entirely your choice. We can discuss key arrangements when you book your first session.
Yes — all our cleaners are our direct employees, not marketplace freelancers. Each goes through identity verification, reference checks and in-house training before their first assignment. We carry public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage.
Let us know and we'll arrange a replacement with no fuss. We want you to have a cleaner you're comfortable with and trust in your home. Getting this right matters to us — we'll work with you until we find the right fit.
Yes — all equipment and cleaning supplies are brought by our cleaner. You don't need to provide anything. If you have specific products you prefer us to use (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), just let us know and we'll accommodate.
Yes — ironing, folding laundry, and organising are common add-on tasks. These can be included in the session scope at the same hourly rate. Just let us know what you need when enquiring and we'll factor it in.
3 hours covers the essentials for a 3–4 room HDB maintained regularly — living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. 4 hours allows for more thorough cleaning, larger homes, additional tasks like ironing, or homes that haven't been cleaned recently. We'll advise which suits your home when you enquire.
