Depends on property size and condition. A 4-room HDB in reasonable condition typically takes 4-5 hours with a 2-person team. Very neglected properties or larger homes take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
You're welcome to be home or out. Many clients provide access and step out for the day. If you prefer to be present, that's equally fine. We'll discuss access arrangements when you book.
Post-renovation cleaning is a specific service dealing with construction by-products — cement dust, silicone residue, paint splatters, silica particles. General deep cleaning addresses accumulated domestic grime, grease, limescale and mould in a lived-in home. If you've just completed renovation, book post-reno cleaning, not general deep cleaning.
For homes with a regular part-time cleaner: once or twice a year for the deep areas a regular cleaner doesn't cover. For homes without regular cleaning: every 3-4 months. Annual spring cleaning before CNY is the Singapore standard for good reason.
