- All floors — vacuum and mop every room, edges and under furniture where accessible
- Walls — wipe fingerprints, scuff marks, stains
- Windows — interior window panes, frames, sills, tracks
- Doors — frames, handles, edges, hinges
- Ceiling fans — blades and housing wiped
- Light switches and power sockets — wiped
- Wardrobe interiors — shelves, rails, surfaces
- Air conditioner cover — exterior wipe
- Fridge interior — if emptied and defrosted
- Washing machine drum and door seal — wipe
- All mirrors and glass — streak-free finish
- Skirting boards — wiped throughout
- Balcony or yard — sweep and mop if present

Move-In (New Home Preparation)
Even homes handed over as "clean" by previous owners have accumulated grime behind appliances, inside cabinets and in areas rarely inspected. We clean before your furniture goes in.

Move-out cleaning FAQs.
Ideally 1-2 days before your key return appointment, after all furniture has been removed. An empty unit is faster and cheaper to clean. If you need same-day booking, WhatsApp us and we'll check availability.
Yes — oven interior and fridge interior (if emptied and defrosted) are included in our standard move-out scope. Hood interior, hob and all kitchen appliance surfaces are included. These are the most commonly inspected areas at handover.
If any area within our written scope doesn't pass inspection, we'll return to re-clean at no additional charge. We stand behind our work. Exclusions apply to physical damage, pest infestation, or items outside our scope.
Yes — we can arrange key collection and return for clients who are already out. This is a common arrangement. WhatsApp us to coordinate the logistics.
"Landlord cleaned" typically covers what's visible. Behind the fridge, inside wardrobe corners, under the kitchen hood, inside drawer runners, window tracks — these are rarely touched. A move-in clean before your furniture arrives means you start in a space that's genuinely clean throughout.
