Where this helps
When to enquire about parquet sanding & varnishing.
- Parquet with worn or uneven finish
- Timber floors with surface scuffs from tenancy use
- Homes preparing floors before move-in
Send photos where possible. We will confirm what is suitable for your material and the areas you want treated.
How to book
A clear scope before work begins.
1. Assess the timber
Share floor photos, approximate area and whether the parquet has been refinished before.
2. Agree on the finish
We discuss sanding suitability, surface repairs if needed and the varnish finish.
3. Schedule the work
We confirm room access, preparation, curing guidance, timing and a tailored quote.
Common questions
No. Sanding removes part of the existing finish before a new varnish is applied. A light polish is a different service.
That depends on its remaining thickness, condition and installation. We assess suitability before committing.
