Armchairs and Accent Chairs
Fabric armchairs, lounge chairs and accent chairs can collect dust and everyday marks on the seat, back and armrests. We assess the upholstery and use wet extraction where suitable.
Upholstered Dining Chairs
Fabric dining-chair seats and backrests can pick up food spills and everyday soiling. We assess the material, pre-treat suitable stains and wet extract compatible upholstery.

How we clean your sofa.

Fabric Assessment
Identify fabric type and condition. Spot test cleaning solution in a hidden area to check colourfastness.

Dry Vacuum
Remove loose debris, pet hair and surface dust before wet treatment.

Pre-Treat Stains
Targeted pre-treatment applied to stained areas. Dwell time allows solution to break down soiling.

Wet Extraction
A suitable cleaning solution is worked into the fabric and wet extracted with loosened soil and excess moisture.

Deodorise and Dry
Neutralising deodoriser applied. With AC on, sofas are typically usable in 3-4 hours.

Sofa cleaning FAQs.
Most sofas are ready to sit on in 3-4 hours with air conditioning and good ventilation. Thicker cushions or heavily soiled pieces may take up to 6 hours. We recommend not placing heavy items on the sofa until fully dry.
Water-safe and semi-aniline leather can be cleaned with specialist leather solutions. Full aniline or suede requires a dry method only. WhatsApp us your sofa type and we'll advise on the right approach before booking.
We always spot test in a hidden area first to check for colourfastness and adverse reactions. Risk of fabric change is very low with proper technique and appropriate solutions — we use pH-balanced, fabric-specific cleaning agents, not generic detergents.
For homes without pets or young children: once a year. With pets or children: every 6 months. In Singapore's humid climate, fabric furniture accumulates moisture, sweat and biological matter faster than in cooler climates — annual cleaning is the minimum for a hygienic living environment.
