We use NEA-registered disinfectants approved for use in Singapore residential and commercial properties. Products are effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, viruses and mould spores. We can share product specifications on request.
Residents and pets should vacate the space during disinfection and for approximately 30-60 minutes after until surfaces have dried. Once dry, the treated areas are safe for normal use. We will advise on re-entry timing before we start.
Professional disinfection uses commercial-grade products with longer contact-kill times and broader spectrum coverage than consumer products. We also cover systematically — high-touch points, air surfaces, and all areas in sequence — rather than spot-treating. For post-illness or move-in disinfection, the coverage and product efficacy make a real difference.
