Accomdating even when hiccups happen not on Mycleanhome end, they were patiencely waiting for the electricity and water to came on despite having to start later than expected. I recently hired Mycleanhome to deep clean four items—a large modular sofa, a chunky looped rug, a King mattress, and an older Secretlab gaming chair—and they did an absolutely fantastic job. From the booking process to the actual cleaning, their communication was top-notch. I had a few very specific requests, like using gentle suction on my wool rug so the loops wouldn't fray and paying extra attention to the deep crevices of my modular sofa. The team followed every instruction perfectly. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. Before starting, they managed my expectations regarding some set-in stains on the old gaming chair and made sure to test a small patch of the rug first to ensure there wouldn't be any damage. They were punctual, highly efficient (finishing everything in about two hours), and completely transparent. They even sent me videos of the extraction process and gave me a detailed breakdown of how each item fared once they were done. They gave us the best quote of all that we asked to clean these four large items, and considering it included deep shampoo extraction and dust mite/allergen removal, the overall value is excellent.
